BLACK BIKE WEEK 2013/ BIKE RALLY Myrtle Beach, SC: BIKES, CARS, BEAUTIES, and BEACHES

The 2013 Black Bike Week, also known as the Bike Rally, is an annual Memorial Day Weekend event that brings in an estimated 250,000-300,000 participants to the sands of Myrtle Beach, SC. The  festival showcases the style, passion, and muscle of Bike and Motor clubs and enthusiasts.  Riders come from all over the United States to fellowship together on the beaches Ocean Boulevard Strip.The event has seen its fair share of ups and downs over the years due to differences between the county and its African American population. Fortunately, due to the adjustment of laws and ordinances, the Bike Week has seen consistent growth and is one of the cities largest sources of income.
